Be Part of
Something Bigger
Volunteers are at the heart of HF Works. Every conversation, community event, workshop and project is made stronger by people who choose to give their time, skills and experience.
Whether you're looking to build confidence, meet new people, learn something new or simply give back, volunteering is a chance to make a real difference, both in your community and in your own life.
Whatever your background or experience, there's a place for you at HF Works.

Why Volunteer?
Volunteering is about more than giving your time. It's about creating opportunities, building connections and helping communities thrive.
Many of our volunteers have gone on to training, employment and new job roles, taking the confidence and experience they've gained at HF Works into new opportunities.
Volunteer can help with:
-
Gaining new skills and valuable experience
-
Building confidence and develop personally
-
Meeting new people and make lasting friendships
-
Strengthening your CV
-
Improve employment opportunities
-
Sharing your knowledge and talents with others
-
Making a positive difference in your local community
-
Being part of a supportive and welcoming team
